Report Claims Iran Created An App That Tracks Their Citizens Movements

According to Vice News, Iran “launched an app that claimed to diagnose coronavirus.” Instead, however, “it collected location data on millions of people,” the report adds.

Iran is one of the shadiest countries in existence rivaled only by China, Russia, and North Korea. I know this and you know this, but why don’t their citizens know this?

According to reports, Iran created an app that claimed to help its citizens track the coronavirus pandemic, but in reality, the app collected mountains of data to be reported back to the government. We are talking about names, birthdays, real-time locations, and addresses.

Millions of Iranians downloading this app and gave their information unknowingly to their government that does not act in the best interest of its citizens.

In the report, it said, all the phones in Iran were sent the following message along with a link to download the app from the Iranian version of the app store.

“Dear compatriots, before going to the hospital or health center, install and use this software to determine if you or your loved ones have been infected with the coronavirus.”

If that message doesn’t make you cringe, you need to reevaluate your view on the role of government in a citizen’s life. I’m not saying to don the tinfoil hat but think twice about downloading an app sent straight from a government that cares more about taking your money than doing their job.

It has always creeped me out that the government can send a message to our phones. I understand that radio and TV can’t always reach everyone in America, but almost all Americans have phones. Still, the creepiness of the “compatriots” wording and the fact that it is reported that the app doesn’t even work for the stated purpose gives me all the eerie deep state feels.

Iran has been accused of covering up the actual extent of the spread of coronavirus in its country. The only country outside of China that has been hit the hardest by the spread of coronavirus is Iran. Officials have confirmed that 1,135 people have died from coronavirus and more than 17,361 people have tested positive for the virus.

Some reports out of Iran are saying the actual number of positive cases could be in the millions with death tolls in the 10’s of thousands. Whatever the truth is the people of Iran do not have a government that cares about stopping the spread of the disease. They would rather use this crisis to prey on the fears of its citizens.

This video shows the mass graves being used to bury the victims of coronavirus. These graves tell the truth. It is very sad, and we need to be praying for the innocent citizens of Iran.
